Introducing Rhoda - The New Travel Village Mascot
With the dog days right around the corner, we're thrilled to announce that our Highfield Road store, the Travel Village, has a new mascot.
Rhoda is part of the family already and she will be joined very soon by her sidekick "Doug". I've always been a believer that if your family can add value to the business, there will always be a place for them.
I think she'll make a fantastic addition to our retail store here in Blackpool - she's such a bundle of positive energy!
Dogs can be so welcoming and soothing, they add a therapeutic value and of course a certain amount of cuteness, and I want everyone to feel at ease when they come to visit us. Rhoda and/or Doug will be in store most Thursdays throughout they year.
Rhoda, the miniature Dachshund, has joined the team! She might be the smallest of our in-house adventurers, but she loves a big walk - whether it's Lancashire's iconic Pendle Hill or the waterfalls of Ingleton - so she's the perfect character to encourage you to explore more.
Our canine of cuteness will be splashing her way across your social media, to bring the some of the best in show offers and hot dog deals every week. Our adorable four-legged ambassador will also deliver some amazing travel tips, and tell you about her Destination of the Week.
If the digital version of Rhoda isn't enough for you, then why not come to the store and say hello? Rhoda will be in every Thursday!
With her big, soulful eyes and playful demeanor, Rhoda will warmly greets clients, instantly brightening the office atmosphere. Rhoda will be ready and waiting to sit with you whilst you discuss your holiday plans with one of our friendly travel specialists.
