2. Acceptance of Website Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Website Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Website Conditions, you must not use this website.

These Website Conditions apply to the use of this website only and do not replace the booking conditions of any travel service supplier.

3. Use of This Website

This website is intended for use by:

  • Persons aged 18 years or over
  • Persons resident in the United Kingdom
  • Customers booking for personal, non-commercial purposes

We do not accept bookings from travel agents or intermediaries acting on behalf of members of the public. We reserve the right to deny access to this website at any time without notice. We are not licensed to trade outside of the United Kingdom and cannot accept booking requests from individuals who are not based in the UK.

Any bookings made in contravention of these conditions will be invalid and may be cancelled. In such circumstances, a refund will be given less any charges incurred from the supplier, and we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £100 per booking.

4. Role as Agent

Except where expressly stated otherwise, we act only as an agent for the travel service suppliers whose products are featured on this website. When you make a booking, you will enter into a contract directly with the relevant supplier (for example, cruise line, tour operator, airline, hotel or other provider). The supplier’s booking conditions will apply to your contract.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell travel services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant supplier.

5. Accuracy of Information and Pricing

We take reasonable care to ensure that the information displayed on this website is accurate. However:

  • Prices and availability are not live
  • Errors and changes may occur
  • Prices may change at any time before booking confirmation

Where an obvious pricing error occurs, any booking made based on that error will not be valid and may be cancelled, with a full refund issued.

6. Financial Protection

The Co-operative Travel Consortium, part of Co-op Travel Services Limited, is a member of ABTA and an Accredited Body of the CAA, who operate the ATOL scheme. When you book an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This confirms what is protected and who to contact if things go wrong. Further information about financial protection and ATOL can be found at www.caa.co.uk.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for:

  • The content of third-party websites
  • Their availability
  • Their privacy practices
  • Whether they offer ABTA or ATOL protection

Accessing linked websites is done at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those websites.
