We're thrilled to share that Travel Village has been named the TTG Top 50 Best North West Travel Agency for 2024! It's an incredible honour and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, that we not only won, but did it for a second year in a row!
Carolyn, Alison, Becky H and Becky W all headed to Manchester's Victoria Warehouse for a glittering celebration of the very best in travel.
Being recognised by TTG as one of the top travel agencies in the North West is truly humbling. It's a validation of our commitment to providing exceptional service and unforgettable travel experiences to our clients.
We also had some exciting news in the special category awards, which recognise individual achievements rather than agency-wide success. Our own Alison Swallow from Travel Village was nominated for the Better Journeys By Avis Customer Service Award! This prestigious award celebrates an exceptional agent who has shown remarkable dedication to a specific client throughout the year.
Alison truly went above and beyond to assist a customer facing challenges with obtaining travel insurance for a World Cruise. Despite encountering numerous refusals from the cruise line regarding suggestions on adjusting the booking to meet insurance requirements, Alison didn't give up. She took it upon herself to directly contact higher management within the cruise line, even reaching out to the President himself!
Alison's unwavering determination and proactive approach led to a positive outcome for the clients, making her a deserving finalist for this esteemed accolade. Her commitment to providing outstanding customer service shines brightly and reflects the values we uphold at Travel Village.
